City of Leicester comprises of five squads following the LTAD/swim21 framework
YOUTH ELITE/PERFORMANCE - A.Dawson
AIMS: Swimmers competing and achieving podium/final success at National/Regional level.. Selection to British/Home Country/Regional Programmes and teams.
Swimmer aged: Female 14yrs + Males 15yrs +
Attendance: 7 - 9 Sessions per week.
AGE ELITE/POTENTIAL - S.Bowen
AIMS: Swimmers competing and achieving podium/final success at National/Regional level.. Selection to British/Home Country/Regional Programmes and teams.
Swimmers aged: Female 11yrs - 13yrs Males 11yrs - 14yrs.
Attendance: 5 - 7 Sessions per week.
COUNTY DEVELOPMENT-A.Willett/J.Ashmore
AIMS: Provide the opportunity for BAGCAT swimmers within Leicestershire to gain positive experiences by learning and training together. Compliment Satalite club and County training programmes. Swimmers in Regional/County finals and achive medals. swimmers on County Programmes
Swimmers aged: Female 8yrs - 11yrs Males 9yrs - 12yrs.
Attendance: 2 COLSC Sessions plus Satellite Club Attendance.
